Colonial Properties attended Urban Air’s ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, July 13. In addition to the management and staff of Urban Air, Kevin Weirsman and Gary Bellard were join by the First Selectman of Orange, Jim Zeoli, the Orange Chamber of Commerce, and the Orange Economic Development Corporation. Kevin Weirsman, Broker & Vice President of Colonial Properties, Inc. represented the Landlord in the leasing of the 85,000 SF space that Urban Air occupies at 260 Bull Hill Lane.
