The Landlord, UB Derby I, LLC, was represented by Steven M. Dudziec and Attorney Nicholas Capuano. This is the third location in CT for A to Z PetShop.
Tony Vitti represented the Landlord, 31 Cherry Street, LLC, in the leasing of 200 +/- SF Office space located at 31 Cherry Street, Unit 105, Milford, CT. The Tenant, a sole proprietor, was represented by Michael Ulrich of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
