The 7,600 +/- SF two story office building on 1 +/- acre was purchased by Best Choice Home Health Care, who was represented by Thomas Simjian of Keller Williams Realty. The Seller’s attorney was R. Eugene Torrenti of Torrenti Law in Hamden, CT; the attorney for the Buyer was Sandra Huggins in Hamden, CT.
Fred A. Messore, SVP, represented the Buyer, Green Olive Properties Management, LLC, in the purchase of 241 & 251 Castle Avenue, Fairfield, CT from Castle Place, LLC, for $2,675,000; the property consists of six (6) residential condominium units. The Seller was represented by Richard Edwards and Jeffrey Wright of Northeast Private Client Group. The Buyer’s attorney was Dimitri Tournas of Withers Bergman, LLP in New Haven, CT; the attorney for the Seller was William M. Petroccio of Russo & Rizio, LLC, in Fairfield, CT.
Messore also represented the Seller, Green Olive Properties Management, LLC, in the sale of 60 & 70 High Street, East Haven CT, for $3,425,000; a thirty-six (36) unit apartment complex. The property was purchased by an investor, Kisco Funding Group, LLC, who was represented by Sandy Strickland of Broder Commercial. The Seller’s attorney was Robert L. Rispoli of Wither Bergman, LLP in New Haven, CT; the attorney for the Buyer was Steven W. Pearsall of Gaboriault & Pearsall, P.C., in Westport, CT.
Tony Vitti represented the Seller, Simhadri Properties, LLC, in the sale of 551 Anderson Avenue, Milford, CT for $1,300,000; a 14,500 +/- SF light industrial building that features three (3) docks and one (1) drive-in overhead door. The Buyer, an owner/user, was represented by David Gorbach of Colonial Realty in Fairfield, CT. The Seller’s attorney was Tom Lynch of Lynch, Trembicki, and Boynton in Milford, CT; the attorney for the Buyer was Max Rosenberg of Rosenberg, Whewell, and Hite, LLC in Stratford, CT.
