ORANGE, CT… Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., is pleased to announce the completion of the following transactions.
Mike Richetelli, President/Broker, was the sole broker in the leasing of 1590 Boston Post Road, Milford, CT, a 2,700 +/- SF free-standing restaurant building for a five (5) year term. The building, previously tenanted by Smashburger, will be the future home of Tropical Smoothie Café, a fast casual food franchise. Headquartered in Georgia, Tropical Smoothie Café features healthy menu options that include wraps, salads, and sandwiches in addition to smoothies. This marks the second Tropical Smoothie Café in CT.
Fred A. Messore, SVP, was the sole broker for his representation of the Landlord, Marlaure, LLC in the leasing of 488 Derby Avenue, West Haven, a 500 +/- SF office space, for a one (1) year term to Pat Deleva.
Tom Doyle was the sole broker in the leasing of 719 Campbell Ave, West Haven, CT, a 4,000 +/- SF commercial building, for a one (1) year term to Justin Greenstein. The building will be used for storing of goods for an online retail business.
Kosta Eliopoulos was the sole broker in the leasing of 30 Leete’s Island Road, Branford, CT, a, 4,800 +/- SF free standing building, for a twenty (20) year term. the building was formerly a Friendly’s and most recently, Diner 56. The new tenants will be opening a diner at this location.
Tony Vitti represented the Landlord, John Heo, in the leasing of 510 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT, a 4,000 SF flex/warehouse space, for a five (5) year term. The tenant, Mickey Blake’s Cigars, was represented by Kevin Weirsman of Total Realty Services.
