Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker, received the Mixed-Use Sale Award for the sale of 135 Gulf Street, Milford, CT. The property consists of two buildings totaling 5,032 +/- SF; a Victorian, featuring first floor office space with two apartments on the second floor, and a carriage house with a three-bedroom townhouse apartment and three garages and sold for $849,000.
Michael Richetelli, Fred A. Messore, Senior Vice President, and Tony Vitti received the Retail Sale Award for the sale of 855 Boston Post Road, West Haven, CT; Richetelli and Messore represented the Seller, Vitti represented the Buyer. The property, consisting of three (3) commercial buildings totaling 71,500 SF on 11 acres, sold for $3.3 Million plus leaseback considerations.
