Fred A. Messore, SVP, represented the Landlord, Vista Realty, LLC in the leasing of 5,000 +/- SF Retail space located at 301 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT to Beauty Haven, Inc., a beauty supply store, for a ten (10) year term. The Landlord’s attorney was Phil Napolitano in Bronx, NY.
Messore also represented the Landlord, 555-565 Boston Post Rd, LLC, in the leasing of 1,200 +/- SF Retail space located at 559 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT to PCW Computer, LLC., an electronics and computer repair company, for a three (3) year term.
