Mikayla Riskin Joins Colonial Properties As Realtor

ORANGE, CT… Michael Richetelli, President and Designated Broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of Mikayla Riskin to the Colonial Properties team.

Mikayla is a native of Milford and has spent time living in Cheshire, Seymour and Orange.  She attended Lauralton Hall in Milford, CT and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Providence College. Mikayla is recently married to Ross Riskin, a native of Orange. The couple graduated from St. Mary School together and now resides in Bethany along with their Siberian cat, Ripley. In addition to spending quality time with her family, Mikayla likes to bake, try new recipes, exercise, and enjoys the many beautiful hiking trails that Connecticut has to offer. As a licensed REALTOR, Mikayla is excited to serve others during one of the most important decisions of their lives-buying or selling a home.
